Has my order been shipped?
An email notification will be sent to you once an order has been shipped with the tracking number. 

How do i track my package?
Tracking numbers for your products will be sent to you usually within 2-5 days after purchase, put the tracking number in the form below.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
We get our products from trusted suppliers around the globe so some items can take 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door. You’ll receive an email when your order has shipped. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... Where's my order?
Since we have an assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 

My order never arrived. What should i do?
Most orders are delivered within shipping time frame. If you're order has not been received following an adequate period of time please send us a email with your order number and name.
